70th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

70 years ago, on December 10th, the United Nations General Assembly adopted in Paris the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, crucial document in the human rights history.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds coming from all regions of the world and it set out the fundamental human rights to be universally protected.
