Today, within the fremework of the Genral Debate under item 2, Ambassador Cornado delivered a national statement highlighting some of the priorities for the 39th session of the Human RIghts Council. Reaffirming the committment to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, the italian engagement to protect human rights of migrants and refugees, and the promotion of human rights education have been at the core of the statement delivered by the Amabassador.
