The event, opened by a video-message by the UN Secreteray General, Antonio Guterres, and by interventions by the Director-General of UNOG, Tatiana Valovaya, and by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Michelle Bachelet, is composed also by a Panel Discussion on Women Humanitarians and a ceremony to commemorate and pay tribute to humanitarian workers killed on the field.
