Project CERN “Early Career Professionals – ORIGIN

The European Organization for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, https://home.cern , is an international research laboratory that operates the largest particle physics accelerator in the world.

Following the Executive Council’s approval in June 2022 of CERN’s new Graduate programme, CERN has recently opened the first series of applications to ‘Origin’ for recent graduates. Currently CERN is seeking to hire almost one hundred recent graduates with 24-26 months contracts. They are spread across a variety of disciplines, but the majority are in computing. Applications are now open until the 3rd of October.

The links to apply are:

• Early Career Professionals – University Graduates and the potential projects can be viewed here https://careers.cern/origin-university-graduates

• Early Career Professionals – Technician/administrative fields and the projects can be viewed here https://careers.cern/origin-technicians-admins

This is a real work opportunity for developing skills on-the-job, addressed to very recent graduates from technician to Master level (with up to 2 years of experience).

They will be employed as members of personnel, with competitive stipend, CERN Health Insurance & Pension Fund.
