The Italian Permanent Representative in Geneva, Amb. Vincenzo Grassi, met with young Italian officials serving in International Organizations of the UN Geneva system in the framework of the UN Junior Professional Officer (JPO) Programme, Farnesina’s flagship for the promotion of the Italian presence in the IOs.
Amb. Grassi emphasized how “with their professional skills, integrity and sense of duty” the young Italian officers contribute “to our country’s commitment to a multilateral system based on multilateralism, dialogue and inclusion that enhances political dialogue and universal respect for human rights.”
